Call all your customers who have not seen your newest products personally to do an OHPRA call. Start off by saying, "We have had a product launch since the last time we were together and I want to be sure you are kept up to date about the products as well as the services we are now offering. Are you interruptible? Then share equally all the services you offer. This call should take less than 5 minutes.

Has it been a while since you chatted with them after the party or maybe you have never chatted with them? Adjust and say, " "We have had lots of new product launches since the last time we were together. I am now focusing more than ever on customer service! I want to be sure you are kept up to date about the products as well as the services we are now offering. Is that something you would enjoy hearing more about? Are you interruptible? " Then do the full OHPRA call.

Start dialing and smiling! Don't prejudge and be happy you made the call no matter what the results. That is the key! Having a successful business is you feeling that you are doing what leads to success and not letting someone's response determine whether or not you are successful. That is what makes a professional smile emoticon.

Customer service is so important. A relationship starts when someone makes a purchase. I believe that is when you should feel dedicated to developing the relationship through customer service calls around the seasons. It is a great way of showing every customer that they are cared about and valued by you.
