Twyla Lane I am looking forward to attending your seminar this month! I purchased your cassette tapes and book in January of 2001. I listened to the tapes to and from my shows and that very same month I set our company recruiting record with 8 recruits in one month!! This is coming from someone who was very shy and didn't want to recruit because I didn't want to come across as one of those pushy sales people that no one likes. I actually signed all 8 of them the last 2 weeks of the month! No one has beaten my record to date. Your tapes helped me to look at recruiting as sharing and caring. They helped me to be able to paint a picture with words....to help my potentials to dream a little and to set goals for their futures. I am now enjoying the rewards of seeing my team receive recognition from our company. It's a great feeling to have a hand in helping other women to achieve their goals and dreams for themselves and their families. I love recognition and the many rewards our company offers, though I have to say that I honestly love to see my own team receive the recognition more so than myself. |
