What I See in the Mirror Today

The mirror reflects more than your face—it shows your energy, your emotions, your story. Some days you see strength. Other days, vulnerability. Both are beautiful. Instead of critiquing, try connecting. Ask yourself what you need, and offer it with compassion.

Self-kindness is a practice, not a personality trait.

Exercise:

Stand in front of the mirror and say one kind thing to yourself. Then write down three qualities you admire—not just in your appearance, but in your spirit.
