Confidence isn’t always available on demand. Some days, you need to borrow it—from a friend, a mentor, or a memory of your own strength. That’s not weakness—it’s wisdom. Let someone’s faith in you carry you until yours returns.

Think of someone who believes in you. Write down what they’d say to you today. Then say it to yourself—out loud, with conviction.
